A situation arose where we needed to restart the server. The server is coming back up, and in fact may already be running again.

If your site uses application variables to store database connections, you may need the site restarted in order for it to resume proper operation. If this is occuring, please let us know which site(s) is affected and we can restart it as needed. The requirement for this is extremely rare.
