To restart Agent, follow these command steps:
1. Click on Start-Programs-Admin Tools-Services
2. The Services application will start.
3. Click on the "Name" column to sort alphabetically
4. Find "SQL Server Agent".
5. Click on it once to highlight it and then click "restart" link on left side of window.
