How can I monitor my disk space usage for my Alentus ExchangeMail Service Plan?

02. Account Management > Control Panel
Log in to the Exchange Control Panel and click 'Accounts'
Choose from the "Select Operation" dropdown for the desired email account.
Click on "Change Storage"

You should then see the following:
Exchange Storage
for user@example.com

Current Mailbox Size: #MB
Current Warning Limit: #MB
Current Storage Quota: #MB
