Yes we do a nightly backup and normally we keep 3 to 5 days of backups (depending on available disk space).
Note that the backups are kept primarily for disaster recovery purposes and are not easily available for individual databases. We can restore a backed up database for you if need be, but if you require regular local copies of backup data, you will need to set up a remote job to login to the server and pull down the data.
