In order for any aliases to work, they will need to be setup on the POP side, as that is where all mail delivery will be handled. If you have an exchange account called “sales@domain.org” and you wanted to make an alias to that account called “service”, you would have to setup the alias in the POP panel to go to an external address (sales@domain.org).
