If your reponder name contains a dash character
(-), a period (.) or other punctuation characters the responder does
not get created properly on our mail server. For example, a responder
named "customer.service" will fail, but a responder named
"customerservice" will work.
This is a known bug with the email administration module and we are
aware of the problem. Due to the complexity and size of this module, a
fix for this may not be available for some time.
To work around the problem you can either avoid use of punctuation in
your responder name, or go ahead and use punctuation and let us know
that it is giving you trouble. Alentus mail administrators can then
login directly to the mail server and manually fix the autoresponder so
it works properly.
We recommend the former solution to the latter.
